Shalom Salon
is a open-source net-label and studio with the aim to publish any kind of cross-media and cross-genre artwork. We are aiming to extend the variety of mass-culture formats and give space for publications that will use the full capacity of modern Internet distribution.
Shalom Salon Studio was founded in 2006 in Weimar/Germany. Up to now we have extended our network to include artists we met on the way of our personal quest for music. Our distributing artists come from a variety of cities in Germany, Switzerland, Turkey, Lebanon, Syria, China, Korea and Japan. Just by the mere idea of a open-source net-label they might also come from Mars and Jupiter, if they manage to send us their promo.
