Prior to purchasing Optîmance and founding Gen InsYght, Mrs. Elliott-Yeary served as the Vice President of HR & Risk for Snelling Staffing Services and the Human Resources Manager for Hooters. She is a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and holds an Associate designation in Risk Management (ARM).
