In 2009, a group of musicians from San Francisco / Bay Area came together and formed Sherlock Tones. Sherlock Tones creates an electric alternative hip hop sound with pop sensibility.

Members of Sherlock Tones include Steven V. (guitarist, bassist and producer); Brian (drummer); Nick Davidovich, (guitar & synth); Khattab (vocalist). Originally, and still today, Sherlock Tones produces music and writes songs for various artists. The collective of musicians has also spawned into a live band. With an ease for making songs and production, Sherlock Tones is consistently building a library of music. Music for the stage, for the radio waves, film...anywhere the perfect placement is found.

Sherlock Tones first studio album, "Saturn's Return", was released in April of 2010 and featured a buzz-worthy song "Senior Year" . A song that quickly found popularity online, including Facebook's # 1 online game of 2010, Nightclub City.

The groups sophomore album, L.E.O. is set for release date, March 15th, 2011. This will be the second studio album independently released via Inhouse Records.

Sherlock Tones is also known for listening to their fans and eating hot pastrami sandwiches from Yellow Sub in SF.
