SineMASAL Open Air Cinema Festival 17-30 June 2013
SineMASAL is a social responsibility project. It is also non-profit project and organized by a team of volunteers.
This year for the first time SineMasal Open Air Film festival will take place in 6 villages in Southeastern Turkey.
Enes Kaya is the project manager of SineMASAL which is partly funded by E.U. Ministry’s National Agency. The festival will start on Monday June 17th in Istanbul and will travel to the following cities: Kahramanmaraş, Gaziantep, Adıyaman, Şanlıurfa, Diyarbakır and will finish on Sunday the 30th of June in Mardin.
What makes Sinemasal unique is that it will take places in remote villages which lack social and cultural acitivities because of their location and economical problems. The SineMASAL team aims to continue to organize festivals that will travel to all the cities in Turkey in future.
