We are the international center for Prime Somatics (a.k.a. Clinical Somatic Education), the groundbreaking neuromuscular re-training system that gently and non-invasively resolves serious chronic pains and injuries at any age, more quickly and longer lasting than conventional treatments, as well as boosts athletic performance and flexibility, and prevents future injuries and aging problems.

Prime Somatics comes in 2 forms -- hands-on sessions for powerful clinical results, and self-help exercises that can provide many of the benefits of clinical sessions and can serve as a lifelong routine to prevent new injury, pain, and aging.

Somatic Systems Institute offers clinical sessions, weekly classes and one-time workshops of self-help exercises, and products for doing Somatics at home.

Somatic Systems Institute also offers professional training of Somatics practitioners, for work in clinical settings, to supplement an existing healthcare practice, or as a complete career retraining.
