Conforming 60p to 24p using Cinema Tools gives a very smooth slow-motion (provided you shot with a shutter speed around or above 1/120th of a second). You can use CT to convert the 60i to 60p first, and then convert to 24p. CT takes care of all the pulldown issues, so you're not technically losing any frames.
