Spatsizi Wilderness Vacations and owner Ray Collingwood first brought wilderness travel & fly fishing to the Spatsizi’s unexplored region over 40 years ago. Since then, hundreds of anglers and outdoor enthusiasts have experienced the beauty and bounty of this unique area.
A quality wilderness experience lies at the heart of our family’s philosophy. We provide exceptional service in a remote setting for those who wish to explore, fish and enjoy enchanting country. We are more than just a fishing trip: we take pride in attention to detail, personalized service, and a complete wilderness angling adventure. The second generation is proud to continue the Collingwood family legacy. We look forward to another 40 years of excellence! Spatsizi Plateau Wilderness Provincial Park is known as "North America's Serengeti- an almost 700,000 hectare roadless preserve in northern British Columbia. Spatsizi Wilderness Lodge is located in the center of the Park and is only accessibly by a floatplane. This is a true authentic Canadian experience!

Join us at the distinctive fly-in Spatsizi Wilderness Lodge for a week of world class fly fishing and wilderness adventure. We are the only lodge licensed to guide and fly anglers in the wild and pristine Spatsizi region and have exclusive access to the most beautiful, prolific, and unspoiled trout fishing in the world. With over thirty rivers, lakes and streams to choose from, a week of fly-out fishing merely scratches the surface of the resource at hand. The rivers are teeming with wild rainbow trout while moose, caribou, grizzly bears and wolves roam on century old game trails. We offer a fly-in experience for up to 10 guests per week. Our chefs provide exquisite cuisine and we are proud to offer local products, from locally roasted coffee to organic vegetables, BC wild salmon and we showcase only British Columia's best wines. Going to Spatsizi is like taking a step back in time.... Take in breathtaking views from the lodge to expanse of the land on the fly-outs with a floatplane- To the sound of the crystal clear river rushing at your feet or the call of a loon on the lake. It is the smell of the spruce forests and pure mountain air. Sample some freshly caught rainbow trout shoreside and be one with nature on each daily outing.
