I was editing video to a piece of music that was 7 minutes long and I cut the track down to 4:10 but the entire project length is still 7 minutes long. Even after all of the clips end. I will delete the other videos and use this one. I will now see why its not converted to HD as the others :-) Thank you again for your help, and
