Stephen Latty

Stephen Latty is a documentary and commercial director and DIT/colorist. His commercial clients include Johnson & Johnson, PUMA, Doubleday & Cartwright and underground publishing company WriteBloody. For three years he directed the celebrated “The Drums Inside Your Chest” poetry performances and concert films with actress Amber Tamblyn. He has made films throughout North America, Europe and in West Africa. A graduate of the Film MFA program at Art Center College of Design, in Pasadena, CA, he received a BA with honors from the University of California at Berkeley. Working professionally in many different aspects of digital cinema, he utilizes the medium to draw out the significance of the mundane and reveal the unconsidered.
