I have firm background in hands-on traditional recruitment and a deep understanding of complex business needs spanning over 25 years. But that is no longer enough for success!. At this time of significant generation shifts, disruptive technology and cloud explosion, fast changing skills demands, Digital, Mobile, Search & Social Media savvy audience where Candidate and Client expectations are changing fast – these are huge opportunities to embrace and are an exciting time in creating real differentials going forward.

I’m busy keeping ahead of external trends and intelligence - whether new markets or building sourcing strategy where the new generation audience lives. Combined with the technical ability to implement real change and bringing people together creating operational excellence and promoting buy-in from board level to recruiter, from candidate to client - ensuring growth happens and stays happening ahead of the curve.
