Based in Sydney, Australia, Steven is the Founder of Service Integrity Mystery Shopping. His company was set-up 5 years ago and now employs 40,000 shoppers throughout Australia and New Zealand. As President of MSPA-AP, Steven helping to develop ethical best practice in Mystery Shopping throughout the Region. Steven is also a Board member of the Global Mystery Shopping Association Board.
In addition to his Mystery Shopping credentials, Steven brings to the Workshop his experience as a Customer Service change agent. Steven now spends much of his time travelling the world speaking at conferences about Customer Service and Sales with his other Company - Serving Reason. He is the author of one book and currently writing another book on Customer Service.
