7upLive on the monome 256

Earlier this year, I offered obo which was a Max version of the popular tonematrix tool. I've adapted obo for use in maxforlive, added monome 128/256 support (not required for operation), 16 pattern memory, edit while play, copy/paste patterns and a scale generator (whew). Here is a video.

I did this video in the spring of '08 to showcase a live set I had prepared for my first live show. All of the blinking LEDs represent samples which were created originally by me. I'm able to essentially cut them up in real time, allowing me to improvise with my sounds on the fly.

Amazing work done by the guys behind Sintevision (http://www.sintevision.net). They used 3D anaglyph technique so better if you have a 3D glasses with you ;-)
