This video is a guided meditation by Gil Fronsdal. It’s a simple audio guided meditation actually. I just added a one frame picture of the California Hills but you don’t really need it since your eyes will probably be closed during the audio anyway. That picture is typical of the beautiful landscapes we see here in Northern California. The image is dear to me and is a very special place. It represents Lagoon Park. A place that Michele, my partner, and I enjoy our time together at. Wonderful memories. I find that trying to keep up a regular mediation practice is sometimes hard in our frantically paced world. But this meditation is only 15 minutes. So it is completely doable. It is best of you can schedule the meditation in the early morning. That is when the meditation can be most effective for you. But if afternoons or evenings work better for you. Do it then. The important thing is that you do it. I found that the guided meditations somehow make meditation easier for me. So I am proving this Vimeo meditation video for you to make it easier for you too.
