1. International Studies Visit

    The Minnetonka High School International Studies program welcomed exchange students from South Africa and India. The program celebrates global friendship and learning. The program is a great opportunity for MHS students to gain international perspective and cross-cultural skills they need in the future. Visiting students stayed with host families and were given tours of MHS and other destinations that define the Twin Cities. This immersion gives the participating students a unique experience.

    • Homecoming 2013

      Minnetonka celebrated it's Homecoming on Friday, September 20th. At the high school's pepfest, Anna Cushing and Michael Beauchamp were crowned Homecoming Queen and King. Afterwards, the entire community gathered to celebrate at the annual Homecoming Parade in Excelsior. That night the Minnetonka Skippers defeated the Hopkins Royals 35-0. What a memorable Homecoming!

In cooperation with the Randy Shaver Cancer Research and Community Fund, Minnetonka Schools will take donations at the Homecoming game against Hopkins. Mr. Jeff Erickson spent the first 20 years of his career at MHS as a Spanish Teacher, Department Chair and Assistant Principal before leaving to become a high school principal in the north metro. This year, he is back as Skipper's skipper, continuing the proud traditions of excellence in the four A's: Academics, athletics, the arts and activities.
