                In partnership with local, provincial and national organizations, Freeport-McMoRan’s Tenke Fungurume Mining operation provides clean water and sanitation to more than 185,000 community members in the Democratic Republic of Congo. This program consists of five complementary projects that maintain a clean water distribution and drainage system, provide health and hygiene education, build local capacity for pit latrines, hand-washing stations and waste disposal sites and engages community participants to manage the water supply system.                       Empower Malawi and Opportunity To Do are collaborating to support Adziwa Christian School's efforts to be self-sufficient by supporting them to develop income generation activities. The school would use this income to fund itself and better support the orphans that it looks after. The starting point in this journey was a Vision Workshop which was a forum to focus on asset based development, the creation of a school development vision and action plans focused on viable income generation activities. This video features an assistant teacher sharing his feedback on the recently concluded Vision Workshop.
