As part of a lecture series on the 10 Commandments hosted by Reformed Bible College, Rev Steve Swets outlines the biblical principles and practical implications of the 4th commandment: “Remember the Sabbath day, to keep it holy. Six days you shall labor, and do all your work, but the seventh day is a Sabbath to the LORD your God. On it you shall not do any work, you, or your son, or your daughter, your male servant, or your female servant, or your livestock, or the sojourner who is within your gates. For in six days the LORD made heaven and earth, the sea, and all that is in them, and rested on the seventh day. Therefore the LORD blessed the Sabbath day and made it holy. (Exodus 20:8-11 ESV) Editor's note: This is the second half of the lecture. Unfortunately, the first half is unavailable.

Calvin College senior design Team 6: Supermileage continues fabricating a vehicle for the upcoming Supermileage race (June 2012). The vehicle shell is to be made from Dacron and epoxy lamination (essentially fiberglass). Before laminate layups can be performed, the Styrofoam mold must first be protected with a primer coat. This video demonstrates such process. For more information, please refer to: http://www.calvin.edu/academic/engineering/2011-12-team6/
