This is a visual effects breakdown of some of the work I did on the Moro Bros. film Redux. Most of the work is compositing a CG bullet and wind distortion that I created over the original plates. There is also a full CG shot as we follow the bullet through the body and see it "magically" swerve slightly to miss the lead actors heart.

For this project, composited video and 3D graphics to were used to create a realistic scene. In this case, the students chose to emulate "The Empire Strikes Back." It was a great project. Have a look. Credits: Brandon Doty, Jamie Marshall, Matt Urban, Nick Sinclair, Patrick Brad, Tiff Eschak, Dan Rankin and John Bettger. – Digital Multimedia Technology at Red River College.
