This video shows the result of a photographic journey to berlin from 12 may - 18 may 2012. I´ve spent 6 days in Berlin with excessive work, but the last 4 months were even harder. Whenever I had some time, I had to import and customize the NEF files before I equalized them with the great LR-TIMELAPSE from Gunther Wegner. (www.lrtimelapse.com) (Adobe Lightroom is necessary) The observed jpeg had then to be droped into virtual dub and were rendered as avi. When this was done, I had to stabilize the sequenzes manually frame by frame (AE motion tracker) and rendered each of them in 3 different sizes: (4928x3264 pixels, 1920x1080 pixels, 1024x768 pixels) Last but not least the snippets were edited fitting to the beautiful title "Diving Through The Blue" by the respectable composer and musician Valentin Boomes. __________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ requests for licensing footage: www.b-zOOmi.com facebook.com/b.zOOmi requests for licensing music: www.valentin-boomes.de facebook.com/ValentinBoomes.Composer __________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ TV report english: https://vimeo.com/83833657 español: https://vimeo.com/83836756 german: https://vimeo.com/83832459 arabic: https://vimeo.com/83836901 How it all began: http://forum.lrtimelapse.com/Thread-berlin-hyperlapse-and-interview-about-hyperlapsing-with-shahab-behzumi __________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ equipment: -Nikon D7000 -lense 18mm - 105mm -lense 70mm - 300mm -simple tripod great thanks to Thanit Areerasd __________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ __________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Deutsch: Dieses Video zeigt das Resultat einer Fotoreise nach Berlin vom 12.Mai - 18.Mai 2012. This is the Alpha version of Mannheim³ Hyperlapse. Work is in Progress. There are a pretty more shots of mannheim, this is only the top of the iceberg. Most of the shots have still to be stabilized manually in a precise way, but this takes time.. (I have dozens of other projects to forward simultaneously) So before I release the final Video "Mannheim³ Hyperlapse", you can enjoy the first impressions of our beloved square. This is a test of the noise levels of a Panasonic GH2 with Driftwood's "GOPStoppa" (176mb GOP1) patch. With the higher bitrates the camera resolves a lot better, but this applies to noise too. While it looks sharper, it also becomes clearer. Hence I wanted to do a test on the different noise levels. It was shot with the lens cap on using Nostalgic (-2, -2, 0, -2), shutter speed at 50 and white balance at 5600K. I've boosted the mids in After Effects, using Magic Bullet Colorista II. The original ungraded originals are avaiable here: http://www.megaupload.com/?d=5M4N08F1 Something I noticed is that it seems that ISO values based around 160 no longer seems to be the least noisiest, with ISO 320 performing very poorly. It surprised me, but after recording a new clip I got the same results.
