http://superfoodhealthyliving.com/fruity-cacao.html http://www.superfoodhealthyliving.com/products.html The meat, dairy products and eggs that organic farmers produce are from animals that are fed organic feed and allowed access to the outdoors. Unlike conventionally raised livestock, organic livestock must be kept in living conditions that accommodate the natural behavior of the animals. For instance, ruminants (including cows, sheep and goats) must have access to pasture. Although they may be vaccinated against disease, organic livestock and poultry may not be given antibiotics, hormones or medications in the absence of illness. Instead, livestock diseases and parasites are controlled largely through preventive measures such as rotational grazing, balanced diet, sanitary housing and stress reduction. http://www.superfoodhealthyliving.com/article-Marine-Phytoplankton.html http://www.superfoodhealthyliving.com/raw-foods-blog/income-opportunity.html

http://superfoodhealthyliving.com/fruity-cacao.html http://www.superfoodhealthyliving.com/products.html Kids need whole foods to be healthy. As parents responsible for our kids' nutrition, we need to provide them with a variety of the freshest, organic, whole foods so their bodies can be healthy and develop fully. Whole foods are unrefined grains, beans, nuts, seeds, fruits and vegetables. Your child's body relies on the nutrients from these foods for proper growth as well as mental and physical vitality. A deficiency of even one important nutrient can cause imbalances that can lead to serious disease. Whole foods also provide a wealth of protective compounds that can help prevent disease. Whole Grains Whole grains are much more nutritious than refined (white flour) grains. A grain is whole and unrefined if the entire kernel is left unaltered and intact. There are three parts to a whole grain - the endosperm, germ and bran. The endosperm contains mostly starch and protein. The germ is rich in unsaturated fats, protein, carbohydrates, vitamin E, B-complex vitamins and minerals. The bran provides a large concentration of fiber and also contains minerals and B vitamins. Through the process of refining, the germ and bran are both removed, leaving only the endosperm. This process strips the grain of most of its nutritional value, including precious compounds and plant sterols that are important in preventing disease. Many grains are now refined for commercial purposes. Refined products are white flour breads, rolls, baked goods and most crackers and cereals. Enriching refined products by adding back some vitamins and minerals (as some white breads and most children's cereals do), does not make the grain whole again. Many other elements have been removed and lost through refinement. Nature created whole grains with nutrients and protective compounds that work together synergistically to provide all our body needs. Enriched grain products rob your child's body of essential nutrition. http://www.superfoodhealthyliving.com/article-Marine-Phytoplankton.html http://www.superfoodhealthyliving.com/raw-foods-blog/income-opportunity.html

Vegetable Islands is a series of enchanting stories featuring different vegetables who go on an adventure and discover things about themselves along the way. We all know that most children have worries, from having a fear of the dark or of sleeping alone. Or maybe sometimes they feel just a little different and left out. This prompted me to produce a series of stories for parents and children that deal simply and sensitively with these childhood issues. There are 10 stories in the series. All 10 stories have been designed to be read individually on an iPad or tablet with my downloadable app. By entering in their name and gender, the reader makes the app SPECIAL to them alone. Imagine, having a book written JUST FOR YOU! Available on iTunes.

The French Paradox is a long-standing pillar of truth, a given, in the natural health community. The French Paradox concludes that the consumption of red wine is the primary reason why the French and others on the so-called Mediterranean Diet are able to consume high amounts of saturated fat and other seemingly "unhealthy" foods and still remain relatively slim with low incidents of many of the chronic diseases that plague the United States today. But is red wine truly the hero of the story? Today on LivingFuelTV, we'll take a brief but illustrative look at the French Paradox and ask if red wine is really the health drink it's touted to be. The answer may surprise you.
