Trailer: https://vimeo.com/115384295 (Level: Basic) Teacher: Michael Student: Collibrina Your eyes are controlled by muscles, just like the rest of your body. The same yoga principles of energization and relaxation through mindful movement are applied here to ease your eye strain. This basic program of Face Yoga for the Eyes is especially good for anyone who spends a significant part of their day staring at a computer screen. This video routine features a series of eye movements, re-focusing exercises, and a restorative practice that allow you to "undress" your eye muscles and see the world through naked eyes. NYV0058B

Trailer: https://vimeo.com/115381069 (Level: Basic) Teacher: Michael Student: Collibrina The same yoga that's good for your body is equally good for your face -- but only if you apply the principles and practices. This introductory video uses emotional expressions to familiarize you with the mask of your face. Emotional expressions can get "stuck" and become a fixed part of your facial mask. This unconscious communication effects the way you're perceived by others. Face Yoga helps ease the tension in your face muscles that also contributes to wrinkling and the appearance of aging. Starting with full body movements to warm you up and connect you to your emotional body language, Face Yoga continues with an exploration of facial expressions and intentional gestures to soften the mask you wear every day, revealing the naked face that lies underneath. 30:51

from Naked Yoga School / Added

          Trailer: https://vimeo.com/114405186 (
All levels) Teacher: Cat Noble Student: Collibrina From desk jobs and waiting tables to a daily bike commute, there are many activities in our daily lives that can lead to back pain. Holding a static posture or putting repetitive strain on the spine causes muscle imbalances and tight connective tissue. This sequence uses a combination of poses starting with the hips and working up to relax tense muscles and bring mobility into the soft tissues around the spine, hips and shoulder joints. In Yin Yoga, all poses are practiced passively, so once set yourself up, do your best to relax and let the pose work on you. Poses include: half pigeon, anahatasana, starfish (supine shoulder stretch), halasana (plough). Please be mindful of your knee joint in half pigeon - if you experience pain, back out of the pose, place a support (folded blanket or block) under your hip/thigh, or simply lie on your back and try a "figure 4" stretch instead. This Yin sequence can be complemented with the corresponding Vinyasa for Back Pain Relief sequence, which will strengthen the muscles around the opened joints, correcting imbalances and preventing relapse into bad posture. Teacher: Skye, Student: Wara Level: Advanced Beginner In this video I am showing the different directions and rhythms that can be incorporated in Step choreography.  Wara and I are doing a music medley by syncing the two different beats we make with our bodies.  It can sometimes be a challenge to be on stage stepping to one beat while someone is right next to you stepping to a different beat.  All it takes is focus and practice.  I am removing my clothes for freedom of movement.  This combination can be done by all levels after viewing my warm up or taking your own time to stretch and warm up.
