People cannot easily get interested in cultural heritage as there are not many chances they get any information about it and the way they access to this information is usually not very attractive to get any attention. Bus stop shelter where people come by everyday is the ideal place we can use as a communication spot of this interactive installation. This piece will arouse people’s dimmed concept about cultural heritage through their own movement and let them newly experience cultural heritage in an interesting way.

This is an installation piece inspired by Alice in Wonderland and it's lack of moral. The piece examines some of the themes and symbolism carefully included by Carol. This is our modernized interpretation of the story; being told what to think by the media, loss of imagination... This piece was a project for Visual Studies. Audio and concept; Em H. Video for DELUSION is as follows: http://vimeo.com/26577670 A research of media arts into the combination between projection mapping and interaction technique. DELUSION is an interactive light installation which turns static floating tubes into virtual dynamic objects by using emitted light from projectors and sensors. The irritation of the virtual stream and its noise goes throughout the entire chapters as the core statement "breakout". The audiences can experience animated tubes and they can communicate with the light installation through the sensors, which are placed in tubes. The original inspiration of the installation is the fuel rods from nuclear power plant. When audience enters the room where the installation is installed, it will experience a virtual journey which interacts by a variety of chapters, between each interactive experience it will be composed with different animations with a abstract storyline. The process will be triggered by the sensors in order to continue the journey and participate the interaction like moving the hand to play noise or saying something to get a snapshot, these interactions follow the contents of each chapter. • PRINTER IN LOOP

from Gilad Baram | גלעד ברעם / Added

At the heart of ‘Printer in Loop’ installation stands a semi-plotter printer that is linked by a computer to the search engine, 'Google Images'. An algorithm written for the installation performs a series of automatic actions. It produces a random cluster of letters every few minutes and enters it into the search engine. It then locates an image and prints it directly onto a nine-meter long roll of paper functioning as a loop of film. This process takes place on-line, in real time, on the computer screen at the exhibition space. The printer runs for the duration of the exhibition. At the end of a fixed time cycle the roll of paper is cut, removed from the printer and hung on the wall on clips stretched on metal cords. At the end of the exhibition a horizontal line-up of such paper rolls is on display layered with thousands of random images from the online search engine. The video was shot at Baram's solo exhibition PHOTOSCAPE 2.0 at Tavi Art Gallery, Tel Aviv-Jaffa. Printer in Loop is currently exhibited at Haifa Museum of Art >> http://www.hma.org.il/Museum/hma.asp?DBID=1&LNGID=1

Khrônos is a visual and sound installation by artist Jean-François Laporte that brings the unique acoustic vibrations of the Tu-Yo Afrika into relation with their digital and virtual representation. The Tu-Yo Afrika is a new instrument that uses pneumatics, acoustics and informatics to give rise to a continuous vibration of a latex membrane. A small black rubber ball bounces randomly, stimulated by the acoustic vibrations of the membrane. A halogen bulb installed beneath the yellow membrane illuminates the interior of the instrument, propagating an amber glow. A small video camera picks up what is happening inside the instrument: the image is that of a small black ball sketching natural movements against the "yellow-orange" background. This image is projected above the instrument thus making the sound visible. Idealy the image will be shot on the floor which willl give to the public the possibility to « Virtualy » enter inside the instrument. The relation between the reality of the instrument and its computer representation makes it possible to move around virtually "within" the Tu-Yo Afrika. This draws the visitor towards another degree of comprehension of the work and of interaction with it. Khrônos brings also a reflection about TIME, the musical time, the time of the machine and the time of the Human. Khrônos was created during the 5th International Digital Art Festival in Taipei (25 nov. - 5 dec. 2010). 2010 年台北數位藝術節國際邀請展由王思雅策劃邀請五位國際藝術家、其中之一 J-F Laporte加拿大籍藝術家
