Most patrons get an insult when mispronouncing a traditional Austrian dish at Herwig’s Austrian Bistro, located in the heart of State College. That’s a tradition, and it’s not going to change, said Bernd, son of Herwig, who the place is named after. The unique food, and the fact that the owners don’t take any bull from customers, is what makes it’s favorite customers part of the family, said Bernd.
