A monochromatic version of my Multiscale Perlin Noise FFGL plugin. The first half of the video shows three different scales being layered on top of each other with varying amplitudes, and the second half shows the texture as the input to a kaleidoscope.

Animation of an identity I developed for the Creative Coding course at Ravensbourne College of Art & Design. The animation uses perlin noise to modulate the size of the dots spelling out the words. The identity was created using Processing and was used for both screen, animation and print.

I managed to fix the issue with my noise functions, and as such the fBm is producing much more terrestrial looking planets. I've also taken the improvements I've made and made it so that I can regenerate a planet using a different seed. I was surprised to find my program actually running faster than it was doing. In addition I was expecting, when I regenerated the noise, for the program to stall momentarily. However it turned to be the opposite: It quite happily flies through generating them, as shown in the video.

                      What are Tags?

Tags are keywords that describe videos. For example, a video of your Hawaiian vacation might be tagged with "Hawaii," "beach," "surfing," and "sunburn."
