My computer struggles to run 810 small flash animations of a changing colour square resulting in a random and chaotic playback of the video and audio. This video is a video screen capture of a web page on my site that can be visited at the link below. Please see warning below before clicking the link: http://webspace.ocad.ca/~stan/sonic_11-06-08/1cbb.html WARNING: The web page above will make your computer struggle and could possibly crash your browser or your computer. Save your files before going to the above site. NOTE: The audio in this screen capture does not start until 00:00:28. The video here shows how the work on the site is interactive. In this screen capture, I show how each of the 6 audio tracks are restarted after they have already come to an end. The page is made up of 6 frames, each running independently and each containing one sound track and 135 flash animations of a colour changing square. You can interact with the page in the following ways: - Resizing your browser window and playing with the window sliders for each frame will cause the colours in the grid to go out of sequence with each other. - Clicking the refresh button will reload the page in its frame. - The audio controller will allow turning the audio track for that frame on and off, and the slider will allow repositioning the audio playback to any position along the 16 minute audio track. The web page will also behave differently when viewed with different browsers and on different machines and with different operating systems. It will also behave differently depending on how much ram is available to the browser. My good friend Wojtek suggested that I use his name and the polish spelling of the word "bacteria" for this piece.

The first half of a 'making of' time lapse video for my design My Dear Fox. I will most likely change the name soon. All digital drawing in this video and screen recording was done by me. I apologize for how lengthy it is, but 2000% was the cap on how much I could speed up 4 and 1/2 hours of work. Enjoy. All music is by Title Fight.

Figured it was time I did some original art again, and this is an OC that's been crowding my sketchbooks for a while now, so voila. ;) I tried to go for a sci-fi tribe sorta look, hope that's at least sort of what it ended up as. I also tried exploring the line between realism and cartoony; I'm still not sure I quite found it, but it was definitely fun experimenting! Time: 5-6 hours Software: Paint Tool SAI Tools: Wacom Bamboo One

"If Toothiana Were Human... What would she look like? Would she be a featherless mess who had been plucked of her splendour or would she be a cherub faced beauty with cheeks as blushed and red as peaches ripe in spring and eyes are glimmering as amethyst diamonds whose iridescence shines even through a skin of porceline human flesh..." ----- This is the process video of how I created my newest deviation "If Toothiana Were Human...". My interpretation of a humananized version of the character: Toothiana a.k.a The Tooth Fairy from Dreamworks latest animated film "Rise of the Guardians" (2012). The brief was to choose a seemingly mundane object and use it to produce something magnificent. The objects I chose were Skittles and this was the process video showing the whole process of making the final piece. The final is A0 size (1189 x 841 mm), made from 5100 Skittles and took just over 30 hours to complete... I hope you enjoy it! Tags are keywords that describe videos. For example, a video of your Hawaiian vacation might be tagged with "Hawaii," "beach," "surfing," and "sunburn."
