As founder of the sui generis group, a parent company housing a variety of intellectual property assets; Taj has developed business units consisting of lifestyle marketing, creative innovation, and entertainment.
In 2010, the sui generis group will focus on producing branded lifestyle engagements for tastemaker audiences centered around the entertainment industry, new consumer product launches, and seasonal events in the United States and around the globe.
As a Musical Impresario (recording artist, keyboarder, producer) Taj collaborates with many new and established artist, producers, and entertainment executives on new music production, song writing, and vocal arrangements. As a recording artist he plans to release his untitled debut LP in 2010 on his independent record label tsgg entertainment.
In corporate America, Taj has worked with several fortune 100 companies in various marketing roles including Toyota, Hilton Hotels, Hyundai, Macy's, The Oakland Athletics, U.S. Congressional office of Barbara Lee, among others.
Civically, Taj served as the 2009 President of The Los Angeles Urban League Young Professionals and a board member of CLIMB Inc., both community non-profit organizations; He is also member of the National Academy of Recording Arts & Sciences (Grammy), ASCAP and the Clark Atlanta University Alumni Association, Los Angeles Chapter.
