I've been making audio recordings of live music, mostly in and around Austin, Texas for a few years now. I started shooting video in late 2006 and started syncing my higher quality audio recordings to the video footage.

For audio: Core Sound High End Binaural microphones (DPA-4061) > iRiver iHP-120 (hard drive recorder) at 44.1 kHz, 16 bit (wav files)

For video: Sony DCR-SR80 (HDD) or Panasonic PV-GS320 (mini-DV)

Editing, syncing and rendering done in Sony SoundForge and Sony Vegas Movie Studio on a custom-built PC.
