Our facility, training staff, and programming is designed to give you the tools to make significant improvements in every domain. As a result, you will feel better, look better, and perform better in your day to day life.
Our workouts are designed to be efficient and variable, generally lasting less than 60 mins (including warm-up/cool-down) and focusing on core, functional movements that will deliver results.
Accountability will be a key theme across your experience at Thames Crossfit. You will be asked to keep a fitness and nutrition log, and will check in with a trainer on a regular basis to ensure that you have everything you need to reach your fitness goals.
