My name is Isabel Albuerne; I am known as The Event Lady of Florida Weddings and Special Events and the Main producer of the Miss Florida Quince Pageant. Originally from Cuba; born in 1958, residing in the USA since 1968, is a fact that makes me fully bilingual in English and Spanish. I enjoy writing on my blog about weddings and quinceañera fashions, trends, events, products and services in Florida. My years of expertise as an event planner and retail bridal boutique owner; coordinating pretty ceremonies and receptions, and producing resourceful bridal and quince shows, inspired me to become part of the wedding media in 2006, when I published the first full color, bridal and quince, bilingual magazine of the Naples-Fort Myers area. This publication inspired many in SW Florida to grow and pursue their trade here, with much more intensity and tenacity. Today, I publish to the web on my blog, many industry posts, press-releases and bridal news on-line and on social media.
I share everything related to special events, and of course...since I am a hopeless romantic, I continue to personally perform wedding ceremonies by notary, plus joyfully serve as a professional master of ceremonies at elegant receptions and producing quince pageants. I enjoy being a bridal and quince blog style magazine editor and publisher, a wedding honeymoon destination writer, and my own webmaster. My work is my passion and seeing others' creativity take flight... my inspiration.
