Every time I try to update the text on one of my videos, and insert a link to another of my videos, it locks me out as a spammer. Why does this keep happening?

My account was just flagged for spam for some reason which I cannot ascertain. I was simply editing the copy in my text field and had just uploaded a new video. I think it might be because I had two tabs open and was attempting to cross link videos, but r
