In 2008, singer and composer Luca (ex front-man of Italian Rock Band Zeropositivo) started composing songs for his first international album. Soon, the idea of accompanying each song with a video or mini-short movie came to life, giving birth to the music4afilm project.

With RnO, keyboard player and music producer from Holland, Luca gave birth to "theFilmakers" and few weeks later entered GravelandStudio near Amsterdam to record 'ChemicalLoveCrush'. 12 songs with a rock soul ranging from the most classical pop-rock ballades to alternative rock and electronic visions, keeping all the time in close touch with the shape and immediacy conveyed by traditional song making.

In 2009, film-makers across Europe (Amsterdam, Milan, Vienna and Krakow) directed music videos for theFilmakers Live Show, experimenting with genres to produce over 12 videos in 18 months.

In April 2010, 'ChemicalLoveCrush' has been released on iTunes worldwide. The first official single, 'Last Summer', will be launched in May 2010. Stay tuned, to discover what will come next.
