My partner Laban Pheidias and I (Ted Newsome) make stuff with cameras and computers. Most of it winds up on the small screen (television), but we have plans to change that. Laban and I started pointing cameras at people on four wheels around 89 or 90. Laban's professional skateboarding maneuvers landed him a Pro Spotlight in TransWorld Skateboarding magazine in 1993. I was the fresh-faced art director, new on the job and I kind of bricked the design. Laban forgave me and we became friends. We've been creating skateboarding videos, sketches, music videos, documentaries and good times ever since. In 2005 we formed an LLC and approached FUEL TV with a handful of ideas for shows ... it's been four years and we have three original series and 73 episodes under our belt. We're starting to get good at this. : )
