Our Mission:
Establish a place of worship, where all are accepted and enlightened by the
Word of God, teaching sound biblical doctrinal instruction, allowing God to be our guide, ministering to the total needs of men, equipping and sending effective men and women into the field for the Kingdom.

Our Vision:
 To create ministries and/or develop networks that will produce the needed resources of helps that will contribute to the success of the brothers and sisters within our communities and our homes.
 Establish an Educational Center "Refuge Ministries Development" its purpose is to up build and enhance an individual quality of life, affecting the total man spiritually, physically, mentally and socially.
 Establish the "House of Refuge" a way station for those in the transition of life.
 Establish mentoring, parenting, addictions, food distribution, counseling . services, prison, in-house, and various outreach ministries etc. meeting the needs.

Refuge is a ministry that will focus on being a ministry of HELPS & RESTORATION
to the glory of God, through YOU THE BELIEVERS and the call of God on your Life.
