    I'm getting the same problems when uploading a 640x480 h.264 video. It has a frame counter and is skipping every other frame. The original video file is about 7 megs in size and plays fine on my PC. After uploading to vimeo, it's stuttering terribly. I uploaded a 480x360 version and that plays every frame fine.
