I'll try that but most of those shots are when the camera is moving (either walking or in a truck) because the VR in the D5000's lense isn't exactly made for video it won't work as well as the VR in say a true video camcorder. And I've also heard that the 24p and the type of sensor the d5000 has also contributes to the "jello effect". As long as the shot is still or if you pan, move very very slowly you don't see the "jello effect". Any quick movements, and the effect is easy to see. The Video in a DSLR just is not a complete replacement for a true video camera...yet. :D
