Springdale College was founded in 1980 and was one of the Federated Colleges within the Federation of Selly Oak Colleges, Birmingham, an ecumenical arrangement that included mission training colleges connected with USPG, CMS, the Methodist Church, the Baptist Union, the United Reformed Church and the Society of Friends.

Today, our students continue to come from a wide range of Christian denominations who wish to learn how to be more effective in discipleship and ministry.

Together in Mission exists to work with the denominations, networks and local churches to encourage the planting of missional communities.
