User Bio

Tolu Omokehinde is a student photographer from Silver Spring Maryland. He started photography two years ago during his second half of sophomore year in high school. At first, photography was just a little hobby but by his junior year in high school it grew into something greater. Recruited during his sophomore year, Tolu began shooting for Montgomery Blair High School's newspaper, Silver Chips. Well known throughout the area, his photography reached new heights and he began specializing in landscape photography. By senior year he became the Managing Photo Editor for Silver Chips Print and began teaching photography and other skills to the Silver Chips Photo Staff while still taking photos for the paper and its online counterpart. Tolu Omokehinde recently graduated from Montgomery Blair High school, leaving behind a legacy in Silver Chips. He is now a Meyerhoff Scholar at University of Maryland Baltimore County and will be studying Biology and Molecular Biology. Tolu has taken a keen interest in time lapse photography and has dedicated many hours perfecting the art.
