born&live in tokyo.I love and hate Japan...
I'm training martial arts(kick Boxing,Karate) and try to play experimental dance, sound, reading performance art by my fighting body & breath & soul. It's amazing, deep philosophy,life,real bodily, and so funny & peaceful :))

I'm teach art & stretch program @ mental clinic daycare for 15years. I'm thinking about the friction between physical and mental in Japan.
