TRAKTOR
Traktor, with standing members Georgios (guitar), Fredrik (bass and vocals), Richard (drums) and David (guitar and vocals) under the last year gone from clarity to clarity. The band released debut album "Lights" on My Favourite Toy 2005 and quickly won fans in Sweden and Europe over.
The devastatingly brilliant EP "Vultures" released 2006 on Cut and Paste (which have also released Alarma Man, Cut City and Knife & Ape), also working with compilation albums for magazines Visions
Magazine (100, 000 ex) and Ox-Fanzine (50,000 ex).
With loads of European tours, sharing the stage with The Ocean, The Locust and Death From Above 1979, Trakor have developed in to a loud energetic live machine that has made Traktor one of Europes most interesting and exciting alternative hardcore acts.
A large part of 2007 the band spent in the rehearsal studio and in Carl Vikmans EAR Studio (Nine, Path Of No Return, Switchblade etc) in Uppsala to finish the follow up to the debut. The new album
"Sequence The Sequence", which is released on I Made This (9th April), contains eleven blistering tracks filled with violently swinging, beautifully noisy post-hardcore/screamo.
