In 1933, we began, with a small chapel service, a soup-line and a big dream. We wanted to make a difference. Help others. And share the love of Christ with a hurting inner city. For over 75 years, God has been 'Rescuing the Perishing', the men, women and children of the inner city of Winnipeg.
