"Here's another cute online magazine for you, though I've known about this one for some time. I received an email from the kids over at U Magazine awhile ago asking to contribute a photo for one of their issues, which I did with no hesitation. I love that there are so many talented kids out there pursuing their dreams of working in the magazine world. This is their 50th issue!"

"U Magazine is one of those things that has been around for years but every time they make a new issue it gains excitement all over again. They are an online magazine that features a hodgepodge of photographs featuring models and fashion by use of a very unique approach. Their graphic designs are so innovative and unique, I can't get enough!"

"TI LOVES what the kids at U Mag are giving on the visual tip. Its post-Jamie Reid's ransom graphics (Think Sex Pistol) meets iD magazine's signature fonts , familiar but...within the times. Thanks Fabien of the audacious frillr.com for the tip off!"

"There are quite a few magazines like this now for sale on magcloud, issuu, etc. I find some of them a much needed breath of fresh air. I'm always interested in seeing what these kids are gonna come up with next. And so what if they get fashion/photography/model images online? Everyone who is doing these magazines is putting them together in their own original way and I haven't heard anyone within the industry complaining about it. I think they are flattered to be featured for the most part. Maybe you're just jealous because you haven't started your own magazine yet. I always look forward to what you are reading, looking at, etc. Wayne and I thank you for sharing it with us."

"Totally loving the type, photography, and layout of the current issue of U_MAG++. This has been around since 2006, so dig around, some good stuff to discover in past issues."

"I’m always looking for interesting applications of fashion, photography and design and U Magazine delivers. Whether the layouts of the current issue are clean and crisp or reminiscent of a punk zine, this digital magazine from Brazil is always visually interesting. Created by Romeu Silveira, a writer for São Paolo Fashion Week, and distributed via blogspot since 2006."
