For passion to explore the human stories, I have found a way out for my own creative existence through documentary films.

I have started my creative journey in a rock band and then my ideas forced me to start directing music videos. Within few years, I have directed several awards nominated music videos and commercials. Music videos were not the end of my creative thirst, I realized that and then I started writing and conceptualizing socio/political documentaries.

One of my major films was aired on Geo TV about the corrupt banking system in Pakistan and got some great appreciation from the media and from the people at large.
I also worked in Geo TV, Pakistan's leading news network; first as Producer/Director then sr. Producer/Director for four years.

I moved down to UAE in 2008 and started working here as Producer/Director for one of the leading production houses in the region The Gold Mine films. While working in UAE, I got a chance to worked on some of the best corporate films and commercials and also made documentaries for Friends of Cancer Patients and The Citizens Foundation (TCF). The film that I made for TCF was nominated for the best documentary film in Digital Studio Awards UAE in 2009.

Now I am working as a freelance director and doing commercials and corporate films for all the major production houses in UAE and also doing collaborations with the funding agencies to produce and direct short and feature length films and documentaries.
