The influences for my animation come from a variety of sources, but I draw a lot from popular science fiction of the past and present. I am very interested in the relationship between how we dream of the future, and how it comes into being. I also draw heavily from the art of comic books and graphic novels to create both the artistic process and the final look of my work. By taking age old techniques and adapting them to fit with more modern approaches I can satisfy the breadth of my creative urges, and funnel all of my potential into a consistent vision.
