Hello, my name is Ruben Contreras. I'm a freelance CG artist trying to get my feet wet in the industry. I'm a graduate from Gnomon School of Visual Effects in Hollywood CA. I've always loved art and science since i can remember. I remember reading the "The Illusion of Life" by Frank Thomas and Ollie Johnston given to me as a gift from my parents at the age of 10. From that point on, i fell in love with art and anything that revolved around it. I have ventured into different areas of CG and love them all with a great passion. My dream is to someday work with a team of individuals who enjoy art as much as i do.
