Jesse Hurtado was born in Canada and began to study music at Edinburgh's Napier University from 2007. During this time, he engrossed himself in several public performances and recording work, is fluent in studio technology and is certified at pro tools 110 level training. Many different musicians have worked with him on his performances as well as studio recordings. His past credits include sound design and soundtrack composition on the award nominated short film "Noel" directed by Peter Greeves.
Recently he graduated with an MSC in Sound Design at Edinburgh University and completed the Dare to be Digital competition in Dundee this past summer. He is currently working with Placeholder Games on creating the game "Protoball" for current gen consoles and PC.
