I could not fill out the form to get my FREE download. It kept asking for my email and telephone number. A waste of my time.
If you can't get your software to work, don't offer free downloads. Students can't afford to waste time, and many of us are having other software and hardware time wasting problems.
You do not even offer a contact address.

A problem with your university's email addresses has been flagged up to us and the issue has now been resolved.
You should now be able to download LexisCheck on your computer from lexischecklife.co.uk/. Please make sure that your computer meets the technology/system requirements (see 'Help' tab on the LexisCheck Life website).
