    I shot all the images at about 3546x2304 then just moved them around using after effects within the 720x1280 frame.

    hey, this is really great, I've just got a 7D and am finding it pretty hard to handheld, do you recommend the glidecam? Is it hard to hold it and manual focus at the same time? thanks.
