Erica A. Murray is an entrepreneur, author, mentor, educator and keynote speaker. She has been hailed as an "extraordinary international business guru" because of her ability to drive change and provide advisory services to Fortune 500 companies, as well as, C-Level Executives and to design and lead large-scale business transformation projects and programs. Her savvy business techniques continue to thrust her into the forefront of her industry. Erica is the driving force behind the movement "Conversations in the Executive Boardroom© ®" a learning environment for business owners to grow their businesses to the global platform. Additionally, she is the author of "CEO to the Power of You'.

Erica is currently pursuing her doctorate in International Business, has a Master's degree in Public Administration and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and History.
