Founded in 2003, 3Dar serves an international client base including agencies, corporations, feature film producers, and more worldwide. 3Dar’s many creative brains combine technical expertise with creative direction to transform technical challenges into design achievements, achieving success for clients no matter what their goals.

3Dar strives to create harmony and structure in communication as well as technology. Our studio is consistently focused on excellence from concept to design, from technology to technique.

Planning
At 3Dar, the process begins as our creative team works with the client to visualize and express the core concept. Our VFX team then presents a scripted approach, together with an aesthetic visual reference to shape the look and feel of the final product. Once the concept reflects the client’s needs and achieves approval, we elaborate, invent, and evolve from the original script and sketch to conceptualize a master image to our client's specifications.

We then generate a storyboard, dividing the project into particular components to maximize efficiency by our creative artists and team members. We then work with the client to schedule work phases and deadlines, as well as the final deadline on the project.

Execution
During the early stages of preproduction, a technical script emerges to ensure that every detail has been addressed and planned for. The technical script encompasses everything from action, to shot, lens, lighting, camera and character direction, all meticulously outlined.

Organizing, communicating and troubleshooting before any filming or production begins saves valuable time and money and assures a successful shoot from start to finish.

On post-production, once the process of generating 3D material has begun, we deliver static images for initial visual and aesthetic approval, following the technical specs and storyboarding originally approved by the client. During the entire process, we work to ensure consistent and clear communication and approval from the client to ensure their satisfaction at every stage of the project’s evolution.

The Final Touches

The next stage consists of previewing the footage in motion, via an animated wire frame movie presentation followed by a half-resolution screening, to guarantee camera direction, and to ensure that we’re structuring the project in a way that meets the client’s expectations.

Last but not least, the final stage is the delivery of the final product in high quality for the final review, feedback and revision as needed. This ensures quality control, and that accurate information and aesthetics are presented to the client, whether builder, agency, corporation, or production house.
