Emily Troutman commented on Thumbnail clipped and Conversion Delay

Hi, I just signed up for the Vimeo+, and it told me that I could convert my video to some sort of special + version, presumably to allow me to embed HD on my blog... but now it just keeps saying "Conversion will Begin Soon" When can I expect this posted? I wanted to upgrade, but I don't want to have to wait a long time for service. Also, I have tried uploading my own jpegs for the thumbnail preview of the video, 1280 by 720 but they still appeared clipped... How can I fix this? Thanks, Emily
