Poet since birth. . . now writing professor directing the M.A. Program at Lenoir-Rhyne University Center for Graduate Studies of Asheville, poet laureate of the Blue Ridge Parkway, architectural historian, and explorer of alchemy.
I direct Asheville Wordfest, the videos from which you'll see here mostely. My three books are The Soul Tree (poetry) and Look Up Asheville I and II (essays on architecture, both from Grateful Steps. Many more in the works!
